This salty-savory-sweet tang prepares your palate for the rich, deep flavors of a Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot, perhaps accompanied by a creamy Gorgonzola. But wait: the zingy highlights of black pepper also pair perfectly with a lush, fruity Zinfandel and your favorite Stilton.
